Our vision as an organization is to strive to be a preeminent athlete focused, and growth driven softball organization in the State of Florida. We strive to provide an exceptional quality of coaching and training to committed athletes. Sponsored by TBT, we provide a structural training environment with a state-of-the-art training facility to develop team success as well as individual player growth. As a member of the team, you will be the setting foundation for the future of the TBT Boltz.
coaching philosophy
As a coaching staff and organization, we believe in the development of everyone as a young women, student, and athlete. We believe that athletics and school go hand in hand and will be respected as such. There are many life lessons that are learned through participation in competitive athletics. Our goal is to help each young lady reach their full potential in all aspects of life.
We believe that individuals can only reach their full potential by choosing the tougher challenges in life, not through shortcuts. Learning to work hard and remain positive through adversity and failure in their personal lives, classroom and on the softball field,will help them grow and succeed.
We also believe that there are only three things that we can control – attitude, effort, and perspective. This is true in all aspects of life, not just on the field. “Anything that happens to me today is in my best interest. It is an opportunity to learn and grow.” This is the mentality we expect our players to adopt and one that we, as coaches, will demonstrate on the field.

Along with our philosophy of helping these young ladies reach their fullest potential, we strongly believe in these four core values that define the TBT Boltz program.
- Integrity is being honest with yourself, teammates, coaches, and parents. You always take the high road and never the shortcut to obtain your goals.
- Commitment is your dedication to being the best version of yourself. Showing your commitment through your actions and words, no matter who is, or isn’t, watching.
- Work Ethic is the relentless effort to better yourself and your team. This applies to both physical AND mental effort. Day in and day out, be humble, be hungry, and engage in the process and your work ethic will determine your outcome.
- Joy is the reason you play the game. Play and compete with a joyful heart. Always positive, never negative.

These qualities reflect our coaching philosophy and core values. A Boltz player will…
- Be a Team Player – Top teams play as a team. To them, there truly is no “I” in team.
- Be Prepared – Set yourself up for success on and off the field.
- Control the Controllable – Attitude, perspective, and effort.
- Be Respectful – Respect the GAME. Not everyone gets the privilege to play this sport. Respect your teammates, coaches, parents, and competition.
- Be Open Minded and “Coachable” – Champions simply work harder on both the physical and mental parts of their game. They carry an open mind and want to learn new ways to succeed.
